The Cottage

Glas y Dorlan sleeps four plus cot, but the cottage is also very popular with couples.  It has been renovated to a high standard thoughout, to provide comfortable and relaxing holiday accommodation on our farm and fishery. With underfloor heating and log-fire it's a great place for a break at any time of the year.  To view pictures of the cottage please take a look at the Gallery below.

The airy and spacious living/dining room has comfortable sofas and chairs around a cosy log-fire, with widescreen TV with DVD and freeview, CD/radio with Ipod docking station and Playstation, the cottage has free WIFI. The dining area features a lovely oak table and chairs.

Two bedrooms, which can be made up as two full sized singles or a superking double are also light and airy. The pretty main bedroom enjoys an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. The second bathroom has a double ended bath and separate shower. Bedlinen and towels are provided in the price of your rental.

The bright modern kitchen has a double-oven & grill, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer, and is well-equipped for those who enjoy cooking. The back door leads out of the kitchen and offers level access to the parking area, and also to the well-sized utility/drying room.

The utility/drying room houses a washing machine, tumble dryer plus an additional sink. Also benefitting from underfloor heating there are clothes drying racks here to for drying off walking or fishing gear. This room also has plenty of space for secure storage, so your cycles, walking or fishing gear etc. can be safely stored here.

Outside the driveway brings you up to the parking space to the side of the house, to the front a pretty patio with BBQ and lawned area give views over lovely countryside to the mountains.

Pets are welcome, and there is no extra charge. With footpaths leading from the front-door it's a great spot to holiday with your dogs, and a small paddock is available for off-lead exercising.

The cost of your holiday includes electricity, central heating, bedlinen and towel hire and a supply of logs for the log-burner. The cost also includes fishing as detailed. 

Please note that for single sex groups we will require a housekeeping deposit of £100, returnable on departure if cottage is in a tidy condition.
